Refund policy

At Cruiser Worx, we take pride in ensuring every order fits correctly and arrives in perfect condition. Because many parts, including glass, unique and hard to find parts, custom made products and larger items are challenging to source and ship, these orders are vehicle-specific and custom packaged, and engine and mechanical parts are high-value items sold to specification, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final on special order or custom produced items. Typical products such as filters, brakes, and other service items can be returned based on the policies listed herein. We only issue refunds or exchanges if the product does not fit your specific vehicle model as listed at the time of purchase, or if it arrives damaged, defective, or verified as incompatible.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to verify compatibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or proven incompatible with your listed vehicle due to errors in our fitment guides, contact us at sales@cruiserworx.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps for exchange or replacement.

Freight and glass orders: inspect the crate or packaging before signing for delivery. Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph it immediately — this is required to support a freight damage claim. Report it to us the same day.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, or verified as not fitting your vehicle. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at sales@cruiserworx.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, vehicle details, and photos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange or replacement process.

We respond to all exchange inquiries within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

If a return or exchange is approved, and RMA number will be issued. No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA number issued prior to return shipment:

  • You will receive detailed instructions for safely packaging and returning the product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our error (e.g. incorrect or incompatible product supplied).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
  • Please use adequate packaging — items damaged in return transit cannot be accepted.

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged outside our control are non-returnable.

Warranty Policy

Cruiser Worx stands behind the quality of our products and installation services.

1-Year Limited Warranty — Glass & Installation

We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in the glass
  • fitment issues related to incorrect specifications. 
  • This warranty covers the material only. Installation and any other incidental costs are not covered or implied. 

If any of the above occur within one year of purchase or service, Cruiser Worx will replace the affected glass at our sole discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Impact damage (stone chips, accidents, vandalism, etc.)
  • Improper installation, including usages for which products are not directly intended for. 
  • Warranties offered or implied by individual manufacturers or vendors, whos terms or conditions differ or provide additional terms contrary to that of Cruiserworx.com
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care after installation

For warranty claims, contact us at sales@cruiserworx.com with your proof of purchase, vehicle details, and supporting photos. We will review your claim promptly.
