Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Cruiser Worx ships orders, our handling times, and what to do if something arrives damaged. It forms part of our Purchase Terms & Conditions. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Where we ship from
Orders are dispatched from our facility at 7880 Express St, Burnaby, British Columbia V5A 1T4, Canada.
Handling & processing time
Most in-stock parts are processed and shipped within [1–2] business days of your order clearing payment. Some items take longer to prepare, and we’ll note this on the product page or your order confirmation:
- EVA floor mats are made to order for your specific vehicle. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before the item ships.
- Windshields & automotive glass, Bumpers and Sliders are special-order items shipped by freight. These ship crated, and freight is arranged and quoted separately (or the item can be collected by local pickup). We’ll confirm freight details and timing with you after you order.
- Complete engines and other oversized/heavy items ship by freight (LTL / pallet) or are available for local pickup. Freight is quoted and arranged separately; we’ll be in touch to confirm before dispatch.
- Special-order and distributor-shipped parts may ship directly from our supplier and can take additional time; we’ll advise if a lead time applies.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates & methods
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from the carriers’ own rates, based on your destination and the weight and size of your order. You’ll see the available services and prices before you pay:
- Within Canada: Canada Post (Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority) and Purolator (Ground, Express).
- To the United States: Canada Post, Purolator Ground U.S., FedEx and DHL Express, as available for your order.
- International: Canada Post, DHL Express and FedEx International rates for available destinations.
- Local pickup & delivery: free pickup at our Burnaby, BC location, and local delivery in the surrounding area, can be selected at checkout.
Oversized and freight items (complete engines, cylinder heads, windshields and glass, bumpers, and other items beyond standard courier limits) can’t travel by regular parcel service. For these, shipping is arranged as crated freight and quoted separately after you order, or the item can be collected by local pickup — see “Handling & processing time” above. If checkout shows no shipping option for a heavy item, choose local pickup or contact us for a freight quote.
Duties, taxes & customs (orders outside Canada)
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For orders shipped outside Canada, any import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge, unless prepaid duties are explicitly offered at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery; these delays are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information where available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after dispatch.
Delivery times
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Cruiser Worx is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or other events beyond our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping costs for returned/undeliverable packages caused by an address error are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged, lost, or missing shipments
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us at SALES@CRUISERWORX.COM within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Freight items (engines, glass, bumpers, heavy items): inspect the crate/pallet before signing for it. If you see damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery and photograph it — this is essential for a freight damage claim. Report it to us the same day.
