Fully rebuilt 1HZ 4.2L inline-6 naturally aspirated diesel, supplied as a complete, ready-to-install engine.

The 1HZ is the legendary workhorse fitted to the Land Cruiser 70, 75, and 80 Series across global markets — renowned for its durability, mechanical simplicity, and long service life. Still produced to this day, the simplicity of the HZ makes it an ideal choice for continuing service on a tired engine, or a swap out of something less efficient ornasnpart of a diesel conversion. 

This build brings the back to factory spec or better, with all critical wear components renewed. Fitment ranges from 1990- present!

A turbocharger upgrade is available as an option at the time of ordering — contact us to discuss sizing, boost targets, and fuelling requirements to suit your application.

Rebuild Includes (at Minimum)

• Full bottom end rebuild — new quality bearings, rings, and seals throughout
• Top end replaced — head gasket,  NEW European cylinder head, New headbolts, valve lash setup already.
