Three (3) units available. These are built-to-spec, Individual ordered builds — now is the time to choose your options. All units are Pre-DPF.

Each engine is supplied as complete as you require, with piping, wiring, and turbos included, and an ECU tuned to match your specification. In all cases, these are built to be as “drop-in” as possible — however, you should expect that a significant amount of effort will be required for installation into 80 Series, Early 70 Series, or other platforms unless you have completed this swap previously. We strongly recommend reviewing the available installation documentation and videos on YouTube before committing to a purchase.

• Reflashed ECU — standalone-ready, deletes unnecessary features; tuned to your requirements. Automatic transmission deletes applied where needed.
• All new OEM bearings and seals
• All new OEM hoses under the intake manifold valley
• New Starter
• New Alternator
• New AC Compressor
• New Timing Chains and Guides
• New Glow Plugs
• Top End Rebuild
• New Pistons / Rings — overbore and stroker options available
• New or Tuned Injectors (for higher output applications)
• Ancillaries: power steering pump, vacuum pump, injection pump, coolant and water pumps, thermostats, etc.
• Turbo Options: Stock or G-Turbo for up to 1600 Nm torque
• New Clutch / Pressure Plate — high-strength options available
• Engine Harness with necessary accessories including injector drivers
• Full body harness and LHD conversion options available
• Full stainless exhaust available depending on the model

Intercooler Recommendation

We recommend front-mount intercoolers wherever possible over top-mount configurations. This is a point to discuss at the time of ordering to ensure the best setup for your platform and power goals.
