Toyota 1KD-FTV LOADED Cylinder Head — KDN145, KDN150, KDN165, KDN170 (2002–2015)

Complete Loaded Cylinder Head Assembly for the Toyota 1KD-FTV 3.0L turbo diesel engine. This is a fully assembled, ready-to-install cylinder head — complete with camshafts, valves, and hydraulic lifters already installed. No additional head assembly required, although we DO recommend removing the cams to apply additional assembly lube if you are not intending to install immediately. Proper oil priming is required as per Factory Service Manual prior to startup.

Replacing your cylinder head with a loaded assembly saves significant labour time and ensures all internal components are correctly fitted and within spec from the start. Ideal for engine rebuilds, head gasket failures, or warped/cracked head replacements.
