Land Cruiser 70 Series Composite Panel Door Cards — 2-Door / Single-cab & 4-Door / Double-cab (70–79 Series)

Heavy-duty replacement door cards for the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series (2-door, pick-up and 4-door wagon), cut from 3 mm aluminium composite panel (Alupanel) — a rigid, waterproof, wipe-clean board that will not sag, swell or delaminate the way the factory hardboard trims do after a few wet seasons. Made to order in Burnaby, BC by Cruiser Worx, cut to the original panel outline and clip pattern.

How they fit

• Mount straight onto the factory clip holes with colour-matched push-in trim clips, fitted through the face of the panel — the clips are visible, sit flush and are part of the look. No drilling, no adhesive, no modification to the door.
• Your original interior door handle bezel, armrest / pull handle and window crank or switch bolt back on through cut-outs made for your window type.
• Every panel is dimensionally stable, so it takes speaker weight, boot scuffs and a wet dog without going soft.

Coverage

The 70 Series has two front-door patterns. Every 2-door body — SWB wagon, troop carrier, single-cab pick-up — shares the long front door. Every 4-door body — wagon or double-cab pick-up — uses the shorter front door plus rear doors. 2-door and 4-door do not share door cards, so choose by door count, not wheelbase or engine.

2-Door / Single-cab (long front doors) — 70, 71, 73, 74, 75 series (all engines: BJ, LJ, HZJ, PZJ, KZJ, FZJ…), 78 troop carrier 2007-on (HZJ78, VDJ78), and 79 single-cab pick-ups — model code **J79-TJMRS or similar, i.e. the letter after the dash is not D:

• Front Doors (pair) — 2 front door cards
• Back Doors (pair) — 2 rear barn-door panels (SWB wagons and troop carriers)
• Rear Cargo Side Panels (pair) — 2 rear cargo side panels

Speakers

70 Series doors had no factory speakers, so panels ship solid. Want door speakers? Add the Speaker Cut-out add-on (+$25 per pair, tell us the size at checkout) for a flush install, or the Speaker Pods add-on for surface-mount pods with no cutting of the door skin.

Bolt-on extras

• Speaker pods — surface-mount pods that bolt to the panel face, for doors that never had speakers or for bigger drivers. Sold per pair.
• Map pockets — bolt-on door pockets in a matching finish, per pair.

Fitment

Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series 1985–present. 2-Door: 70, 71, 73, 74, 75; 78 troop carrier 2007-on; 79 single-cab. 4-Door: 76, 77; 78 wagon 1990–2006; 79 double-cab (model code **J79-D…). The 78 number was reused — check your build year. Rear cargo side panels and back doors suit wagons and troop carriers, not pick-ups.
