Land Cruiser 80 Series Composite Door Cards — Made in Canada — FJ80, FZJ80, HZJ80/81, HDJ81, LX450

Heavy-duty replacement door cards for the Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series and Lexus LX450, cut from 3 mm aluminium composite panel (Alupanel) — a rigid, waterproof, wipe-clean board that will not sag, swell or delaminate the way the factory hardboard trims do after a few wet seasons. Made to order in Burnaby, BC by Cruiser Worx, cut to the original panel outline and clip pattern.

How they fit

• Mount straight onto the factory clip holes with colour-matched push-in trim clips, fitted through the face of the panel — the clips are visible, sit flush and are part of the look. No drilling, no adhesive, no modification to the door.
• Your original interior door handle bezel, armrest / pull handle and window crank or switch bolt back on through cut-outs made for your window type.
• Every panel is dimensionally stable, so it takes speaker weight, boot scuffs and a wet dog without going soft.

Window type

80 Series panels are cut for power windows (switch cut-out) as standard. Manual crank-window 80s are rare — if yours is one, contact us and we cut to suit at no extra charge.

Speakers

Factory door speakers depend on trim level — base-spec doors have none, higher specs have a speaker in each front door (and rear on some). Select your speaker option on this page before adding to cart: No speakers for a solid panel, or Factory speaker cut-outs and we cut to the factory location (+$25 per pair via the Speaker Cut-out add-on).

Bolt-on extras

• Speaker pods — surface-mount pods that bolt to the panel face, for doors that never had speakers or for bigger drivers. Sold per pair.
• Map pockets — bolt-on door pockets in a matching finish, per pair.
